It's either a poor investment or (more likely) it works and is therefore highly problematic. I'll agree that it's somewhat old news given that the exam is dead and highly unlikely to return - partially because of the information that Curie stupidly made public - but yeah, I'll keep bringing it up as long as people on this board continue to try to pass off standardized exam performance as "merit" and that such exams are "race-neutral".
