Yeaahh, I wonder if there are waitlists for the 2 Orchards near the MPDU units since PP said they're only allowed to sell 2 windmills per month (maybe it's the same for Orchards?) or if these 2 Orchards are just really not selling. If so, seems silly to raise the price now!

Exactly! I just saw that Wormald is building a small new development near the Pooks Hill Marriott. Homes are starting at $1.6M, and are significantly smaller than the Windmill homes in Mt. Prospect.[/quote]
