LOL. No.  Lincoln had no formal education. GW Bush II had an MBA from Harvard.  Having an advanced degree is not equivalent to respecting the rule of law, as anyone in the military could tell you.   [/quote]

Are you a lobbyist for the ABA? Law degrees are dropping in prestige and relevance every year.  And again, you don’t need to have a law degree to respect the law.

Having a JD typically demonstrates respect of the rule of law (or at the very least an understanding of the constitution and the rule of law). Again: MBAs aren't very helpful IMHO since the USA is not a for-profit corporation.
