I love the part where Jo says something about being really old when Isaac starts high school, and Kail is like "No, we will be 30," and Jo responds, "I can't believe we are so young!" It just goes to show his level of maturity. His life is about his wife and kids. He's blissfully unaware he's still so young! He has taken on the role of a much older, mature man. Kail, on the other hand... she's living the 20s life and it shows!
Jo truly has become a wonderful father and adult. So has Corey. I don't think we're giving him enough credit this season since he doesn't want to be filmed anymore.
I think Corey was pretty good from the start, and has only gotten better. He's just a country boy content to settle down with his wife, raise his little family, go to work everyday and live a modest life while splurging on a new truck or boat. My only beef with him is his complete denial of the realities of his daughter's MD diagnosis. He's ready for her to "prove em all wrong" rather than helping her find ways to do what others can do, but in her own way. They really the situation as fighting against being disabled, rather than accepting that she is differently abled. I mean, Jesus God, he swears he's going to walk her down the aisle on her wedding day.
