I do like the show, but it really does try so very hard to be earnest and touching. I think it's because I know they're trying so hard that I don't get pulled in by it. I haven't cried once, unlike a lot of other PPs. I only cry when I'm blindsided by things, and I haven't been blindsided once during this show.
