Not all were chosen and not all evaluations were favorable [/quote] The application being free seems like a ploy because the next step is to say whether you want the evolution. If you weren't going to be considered or given an evaluation without paying, then the "application" being free is meaningless. Bottom line though, you have to put your name in the hat and opt in for US Club. [/quote]
