Why aren’t you angry at the hospital and the doctors for charging so much for their services? Why should the insurers just pay whatever they say. Managed care  came about because providers where bilking the system with any an every procedure they could. The insurers aren’t the only or the worst part of the problem but Phrma, the AHA and the AMA are silent because they don’t want you to notice. Ask the AMA about the physician shortage. [/quote]
