Although the LOI says that the developer is responsible for obtaining any zoning and permits, the plan reportedly is that needed zoning changes for all eight properties will go forward as an up or down package, making it very difficult for individual neighborhoods to contest upzoning and greater density and putting pressure on the Zoning Commission/BZA to approve everything as a package deal.[/quote]
