The Dems cheated to ram through an amendment to rig elections in their favor, all in the name of “restoring fairness”. It sounds like something you’d read in The Onion. [/quote]

The Supreme Court is hoping it won't pass.  If it does, they will have enabled a huge expenditure for this ridiculous vote.
The timing is off according to the law, but that can be twisted.
What is more egregious to me is the bias/slant on the wording of the referendum.  I don't see how that can pass muster with the court.  It is clearly against the law.[/quote]

Hopefully it fails and this nonsense is put to bed, or until the next opportunity for the Dems to cheat presents itself. But if it passes, the supreme court needs to do its job. The law is clear. There needs to be a 90 day window before it goes to referendum. That didn’t happen. And the special session for the budget isn’t a catch-all for them to ram this though.
