[/quote] If what you're saying is true, then he did not have criminal record, but he might have had a disciplinary record that caused him to change schools prior to Wootton. Again, that's relevant to how MCPS might have failed in managing his behavioral issues, and how their failure to manage and rehabilitate him of those issues led to this shooting. I imagine, if true, this is information that would come out in court.[/quote]
