I don’t but I know what a teacher salary is in Tucson and it isn’t enough to afford a 700k home.

Also, this report stated the camera was disconnected from Nancy’s home shortly before her disappearance.

That sounds like someone who knew the home well and where the cameras were disconnected it

This is a middle age couple, though (not a pair of 23 year olds). This was likely not their first house. Perhaps they brought some equity from sale of a previous home, received legitimate down payment help from family (hers OR his) or a modest inheritance from extended family (hers OR his). No one has ever mentioned his family at all. Maybe they had been saving or made a bit of $ on a side gig. Who knows. At their age, I actually don’t find this transaction all that unusual. [/quote]
