Trump's approval ratings plummeted during his 1st term and there was never an implosion. His unpopularity allowed the Dems to take control of The House in 2018 and allowed for a very easy victory for the Dems in the 2020 POTUS election. Dems can thank Trump again for the success they'll have in 2026 and 2028.

That's because the Dem donors chose to nominate an unlikable 77 year old. If that were a Clinton, Obama, Bush, Reagan or any other legitimate POTUS candidate going up against Trump in 2020, Trump would have been defeated by 60% of the popular vote and 500 electoral votes. Same goes for 2024. Common sense.[/quote]
