Really you just need someone to take you around to get the jobs.  He was hired on the spot for each job.

Ivan (from Medellin Colombia) knew "0" English. It did not stop him from getting jobs or working. He know is getting better with English.  All of the illegal migrants have google translate on their phones and use google translate.[/quote]
