Neutral Observer Top 10, Week of March 20th: 1. Georgetown Prep (2-2): Despite the OT loss to Haverford this week, the Lil Hoyas remain on top with their offensive firepower. A date with rival Gonzaga is next. 2. SJC (2-2): A lopsided loss to Canadian power, Hill Academy, is nothing to hang your head on. 3. Bullis (3-1): Bulldogs didn't show up vs traditional Philly power, Malvern Prep this weekend. 4. PVI (3-2): Panthers have won 3 straight and have the raw athleticism to keep them in every game this spring. 5. Zaga (2-2): Purple Eagles need to figure out their offensive woes... crosstown Jesuit rivals are on deck this Friday. 6. STA (4-2): Bulldogs are inconsistent but have racked up quality wins over St. Pauls and Spalding. Gilman looms 7. Landon (2-2): Da Bears need to find some offense if they want to win some games this Spring. Good win over Episcopal Academy in the annual IAC / Inter-Ac Challenge 8. DeMatha (2-3): After a brutal non-league schedule, the Stags have won 2 straight. DeMatha has the horses to run with a lot of teams, Landon is on deck 9. Episcopal (2-0): The Maroon will face some competition with week with Blue Ridge (HOF Coach Dom Starsia) and PVI 10. St. James (2-1): The tiny boarding school in rural Hagerstown MD is starting to catch some attention SJC should be on top until someone in the DMV beats them. HM: St. Stephens The Heights
Neutral Observer Top 10, Week of April 2nd 1. Georgetown Prep (6-2): Hoyas are cruising with 4 straight victories. Prep will be hard to stop with their powerful offense. 2. SJC (6-2): Cadets still haven't lost to a local DMV team since 2019. Play on Tuesday vs the Heights but then off for 10 days before they play LI power St Anthony's. 3. PVI (6-3): Panthers are holding onto this spot with their team's athleticism. Don't take DeMatha too lightly on Tuesday. 4. Gonzaga: Huge OT win over Bullis last week. The Eagles face off against the best from the greater San Francisco area this week. 5. St. Albans (6-2): Texas road trip was a success, Episcopal is on deck. This senior-laden team is on a mission to prove they belong at the top of the IAC. 6. Bullis (8-2): Despite their record, Bullis is not playing to their team's potential. Bulldogs will be Bear hunting Thursday night. 7. Landon (4-4): Bears are very inexperienced this Spring but appear to be making good strides. Crosstown rival Bullis looms... 8. DeMatha (5-5): Don't be fooled by the Stag's record, these guys are good. Great win last week over Philly power, LaSalle. 9. Episcopal (7-1): Thursday's contest with STA will be very interesting but don't sleep on Potomac come Tuesday. 10. Saint Stephens (5-5): Another young squad in the IAC who has been taking its licks this Spring, these guys will better come May. HM: The Potomac School (6-2) The Heights (4-6)

Neutral Observer Top 10, Week of April 10th: 1. Georgetown Prep (8-2): Hoyas have won 7 out of their last 8 games, and crosstown rival, Landon is on deck for this Friday. 2. SJC (7-2): Monster game this week with Long Island & National powerhouse, Saint Anthony's. 3. Gonzaga (7-4): Eagles took care of business out in San Fran against perennial West Coast powers Saint Ignatius and Sacred Heart Prep. 4. Bullis (9-3): Bulldogs stumbled last week against their rival Landon. Look for Bullis to bounce back against NC powerhouse, Cardinal Gibbons and STA. 5. Landon (5-4): The young Bears had a big win over Bullis. Tough week on deck for the Bears with Cardinal Gibbons (NC) and arch-nemesis Georgetown Prep on Friday. 6. DeMatha (6-5): Huge win last week over PVI. The Stags seemed much improved since their early season woes. An interesting midweek matchup against 4-A public school power, Broadneck 7. PVI (6-4): Panthers slipped up last week against DeMatha. Look for PVI to get back to the winning way this week against Collegiate and STAB. 8. Episcopal (9-1): The Maroon have been flying under the radar all season. After dominating STA last week, the IAC coaches better take notice. 9. St Albans (8-4): The Bulldogs have lost 2 straight after a promising start to the season. Things don't get any easier this week with Gonzaga and Bullis on tap. 10. Jame Madison (5-1): The defending VA public school state champs took down state contender Lake Braddock last week. HM: Saint Stephens The Heights
I’d flip Prep and St. John’s. St. John’s hasn’t been beaten by a local team in 2 and half seasons.
