Why do you think we have good intelligence? Historically, I don't think we have a good track record.

A summit is not a concession by Biden/NATO. It's just a meeting with no promise of actual concessions. It's a face-saving offer to Putin, so he can back himself out of the corner he's maneuvered himself into.[/quote]
