Yes.  Just like they orchestrated the closures--after giving parents the option.  Just like they orchestrated changing TJ requirements.  Just like they orchestrated  all the new "Equity" initiatives-to include paying for very expensive workshops attended only by 'leaders."  Just like they orchestrated the Social-Emotional survey.   Just like they orchestrated watering down math instruction.
