I’m not a teacher but most teachers I know seem pretty positive about this year. Generally wanting to go back and recognizing that in person school is the best for everyone, though there is some nervousness. It’s the parents who are trying to torpedo the openings at this point. A nervous parent just started a change.org petition to petition FCPS to bring back the “virtual option” for everyone who wants it until kids can be vaccinated. One of the fake name people who hangs out on every FB post about school reopenings was like “I can’t homeschool my kid! What am I supposed to do??” Umm lady. You clearly spend all day on the Interwebs trolling about kids and schools and Covid. You should know by now that everything comes in waves with Covid and this wave will recede, just as all the other ones have. You had all summer to research homeschooling! :roll:[/quote]
