+1. And really, it sounds like she doesn’t want to do this anymore and hasn’t wanted to for quite some time.

Also, to PP above who said that maybe they have proven the case for the conservatorship in court: one of the major accusations is that her lawyer was not properly informing her of her rights or representing her interests. The accusations are that he acted to benefit and continue to the conservatorship because he is making hundreds of thousands a year to do so. So what was previously said in court can be discounted to an extent because she was not properly informed or represented by her attorney.  [/quote]
