Bernie actually went and visited Baltimore to check out conditions, met with people who lived there, saw for himself.

What has trump done? He's watched tv and then tweeted about it.

Well that's because Trump would have said it in a Trump way: "it's disgusting, a third world shithole that only rats want to live in."  You know it. We all know it. His aim was to tear down Cummings, not build up Baltimore.
