I largely agree with you, except for one point- this is about decisions that will take place in either 2020 or 2021- most likely 2021 when Reed comes on line.  The current Kindergartners will be 4th graders.
I think a problem with this whole effort is that everyone thinks about what is good for them right now- instead of what would be good for APS as a whole 4 years from now.  [/quote]
