equal playing time?  I am surprised that any team would promise that.  A girl who has a ton of talent, works hard, and attends all the practices, should play as much as a mediocre girl who doesn't want to be there an coasts along?

When you were growing up your parents probably did not spend $5000 for you to play club sport. the only purpose of club lax is to get recruited. Each player needs to have adequate time to showcase their ability in front of college coaches. That is the entire purpose of the club. [/quote]
