These are the people recruiting players to play in college. Cubs like SY but by grade because it makes grouping players easier. Leagues like SY but grouped by grade because it insures all players on the field during a game are the same grade. This makes it easier to college recruiters to review players because they dont waste time looking at players that atent graduating the year they're looking for.[/quote]
