Universal healthcare -- yes, seems like it's needed and would benefit most people/allow more entrepreneurship Student loan forgiveness - patently unfair. If you take out loans, you pay them. Impose tuition caps on colleges if you must. Absolutely tax the crap out of the endowments. Wealth taxes - no way. Abhorrent. Outright theft of people's savings and investment. Aggressive decarbonization. - nope. Slow transitions. Green infrastructure - subsidy green infrastructure in places where it actually works. Solar panels in the southwest work. They don't work particularly well in Vermont. Environmental justice - depending on what you mean by this, yes, take big corporations to task for pollution and make them prove their methods (worldwide) are not destroying the environment. Green New Deal -see above. Police reform - perhaps agree. The militarization of police where they have military grade equipment is un-American. Support law and order and quality of life for normal, hardworking Americans in the lower and middle class, who can't hide from crime in their segregated communities Reparations - absolutely not. Unbelivably divisive. Slavery was the great historical shame of our country and ongoing systematic racism is best combated with solidarity across the population. If anything, focus on economic class-based support. Inclusive education curricula - I think the reality is that our schools are failing our kids and breaking the spirit of our teachers. Major reform needed. Free college - agree. Free or very low cost community or state college. Or trade school. Universal basic income - if AI and robotics make the vast majority of our jobs obsolete, then we'll talk UBI Amnesty for undocumented immigrants - don't love it. Only if paired with a completely shut down border to prevent more illegal immigration in the future Broader pathways to citizenship - yes, to legal, orderly immigration. Decriminalization of border crossings - absolutely not. Dangerous for the people migrating this way and terrible for a country to not control it's borders. Abolition of ICE -nope. But no more militarized ICE. Law enforcement show their face and badge. Increase in refugee caps - no. We have enough problems of our own to fix.
