No allegations at all showing anything that warranted the abrupt and destructive actions in early April, or explaining that damaging timing.

However, it is true that I think the $71k disgorgement is meant to go back to the club, not to ML, so other than the request for attorneys fees, no one is trying to line their own pockets. Although not surprising non-lawyers might read it otherwise bc it’s not spelled out in plain English.[/quote]
