They are probably just waiting for his arrival to continue to collect evidence against him.  In the end, it will be interesting to see how much of the government's case came directly from Omar and his family.

Remember, Omar, per his own under oath statements and bankruptcy filings has no money.  He is moving to Dubai without a penny in his pocket, we all saw his bank accounts in the bankruptcy filings.  What he does now simply helps the government prove their case.[/quote]
