I saw him sign it.  On TV.  I guess he could have asked for permission.  But if he did then he lied in the petition when he said he did not know about the conservatorship.  Can't have it both ways.  He either knew and asked or did not know and did not ask.  They have not spoken much for a decade -- he certainly was not running every contract and every medical decision past them.  We also know he was not getting approval before medical procedures because no NFL team would allow that.[/quote]
