It wouldn’t be “over” her existing kids. They are older now and she can reasonably put more time into her professional pursuits, especially now that she won’t have to be responsible for picking up the slack for her absent husband. In addition, I didn’t mean anything about existing kids. Only meant that I highly doubt she wants any more children. She had kids a decade ago in her early thirties and most women don’t want to become parents (for the first time or again) in their mid forties. She has done the marriage and all consuming young kids phase. She’s ready to move on to something to fulfill herself, whether that’s professional pursuits or a more available partner.[/quote]
