Montgomery  county is one of the most vaccinated counties in the United States. The past two weeks the vast majority of people out and about we’re still wearing masks. Covid rates are going up but I don’t believe they are exclusively tied to mask wearing. In fact they started going up before the dropping of the mandate would’ve had any effect on the numbers.

I’m not happy that the numbers are going back up but I don’t believe they are entirely tied to masks in our county specifically.  The county leaders will also have to see and pay tension to what other counties and states around us are doing because we’re not an island and wearing your mask or not wearing your mask as soon as you cross the border is not gonna solve the problem.[/quote]
