No Cathedral Commons isn’t Cheh’s fault. But why are you resistant to holding a public official accountable - especially one who spearhead fed the project?  She pushed it forward and then went silent while itanguished for two years. Isn’t it our job as citizens to hold people in public office responsible?[/quote]

The new Giant was supposed to have been built in 2003 when Giant's parent announced an agreement with Mayor Williams and the local ANC and other stakeholders to build a new store.  Then Giant's parent got distracted with securities fraud investigations and other challenges and waited four or five years to move forward.[/quote]
