That seems a bit like a Catch-22, if true, because the allegation here is that Hingeley’s conflict of interest is what prevented the matter from even going to trial.

It doesn’t reflect well on Tholen, Descano, or Hingeley in any event, especially given Tholen’s reputation for cutting deals behind closed doors. [/quote]
