Tholen did not pick the CA. I think she is lousy and won't vote for her, but this is a waste of time. But more money for lawyers, so there's that. [/quote]

Maybe not, but she went along for the ride and declared herself exonerated when a CA she should have known also had a conflict declined to present evidence to the judge. What a scam. [/quote]
