Why is the burden of proof on her rather than on those controlling and profiting off of her?  They should have to prove that the conservatorship is necessary (and that does not include just “better for her” {by their or your standards} but NECESSARY…)[/quote]

I did watch the video. I don't see your point? I'm saying we don't know what's happened in court and who's had to prove what. Because we weren't there. And neither was video guy. Based on her statement, it DOES seem like her lawyer didn't give her all of the information she should have had. But video lawyer mentioned the roles in a conservatorship are confusing.[/quote]
