I don’t understand the mindset that the kids are getting bumped if their team was already playing at a second tier level. Wouldn’t their team still be playing at that level? The only thing changing is the color of the team right?  If the club absorbs part or most of a higher level team that team would be playing at a different level than the current team already. Nothing changes for the current players unless they are don’t make the same level team that they are already playing with. [/quote]

Exactly!

Even some of the blue players have tryout for LMVSC in the past and didn't make their top team then. So yes, they are playing at the right level.

I wish they had made a "Purple" top team, so parents wouldn't be so obsessed with colors! LOL.
