I doubt she was pregnant when the photo was taken. And if she was, he didn’t know. Furthermore, if she was pregnant at the time of the photo, she shouldn’t be getting crap injected into her body.

You are the second person I have seen say this. What is the source for that? I just don't believe that's true (not accusing you of lying but clearly if you and another person are saying it, the claim is coming from somewhere). They were able to go from photoshoot to entire article spread in a month? I was under the impression that these things took closer to 2-3 months.[/quote]
