No. If it came between Trevor and a specialized public then the latter every single time. I'd invest the 70k a year in the S&P and after 13 years each kid would have a couple million to buy a house and have some leftover as a cushion. That is a much better value than the eyerolls they'd get walking around the UES in a Trevor sweatshirt.[/quote]

Your comment says more about you than others. NYC has the most corporate HQ in the country with many executive roles that pay well. In addition, there are many families with generational wealth. You crying about spending $70k a year just means you are poor. [/quote]
