DP nato will easily be able to continue without the US. The US will not be able continue without NATO. The US will have to increase defense spending by trillions. All your little constant wars and bombing will be 100 times more difficult without NATO. Good luck bombing Iran and protecting Israel. Try launching a B1 or B2 from an aircraft carrier.  Diego Garcia will be gone.  Bases in the Mideast?  Do you think that Qatar and Bahrain and the UAE are going to simply comply with the US when the rest  of the world is against us?  Where will those aircraft carriers resupply?  And the entire carrier group?
