There are candids of them from a while back, looking happy and relaxed. Who knows what's really going on but I don't think it's purely PR, or at least wasn't at first. He's been away a LOT though, and she hasn't been sighted with him overseas other than for events benefiting from a +1. So maybe it's cooling but she's still useful to him as a companion for these events. He's looking pretty rough lately, much worse than just two years ago.

That was before everyone knew all six of his kids disowned him. Nightmare personally and from a PR perspective. Not easy doing publicity with that knowledge. And how can she, who isn't a mother, understand what he's going through? Not saying he's innocent in all that, just that he's human and it must be a real weight.[/quote]
