If taking 1 day off lets them survive this week, they’re taking it. At some point it may slow down as people try to hold onto leave but TBH it may not because people are sitting on a lot of sick time and if they’ve been here 10+ years they earn a ton of leave so these aren’t people who need to save 5 days for their beach vacation in August.[/quote]
