He used IVF as a term instead of IUI because IVF is something most people have heard of whereas IUI isn't.

A 96 mph DUI is not as big of a crime as paying a porn star  her bill of service and filing it as hush money under a business account. That’s worth life in prison. Now that’s really awful.
