DP...  None of you are willing to face up to the fact that Trump has had a SIGNIFICANT cognitive decline in the last 20 years.  Incapable of finishing a thought or sentence unscripted without losing his train of thought or interrupting himself, constantly makes up weird stories or goes on incoherent rants about complete nonsense, slurs his words, only talks with a clumsy 5th grade vocabulary.  It's been on display night after night at every Trump rally and cannot be denied.  And it will only get much worse if Trump gets elected - Trump is ALREADY older than Biden was in 2020 when Biden got elected. Agree with this too. At least some people saw this coming years ago and I'm still baffled why it hasn't been stopped. One of my favorite writers argued it's because of mid-level power brokers: the media companies, the lobbyists, the politicians who aren't at the tippy top, the political appointees. They have blinded regular people so well that those people voted en mass for these aging, incompetent, and in one case downright criminal men. But...doesn't that let all those regular people off the hook too easily?[/quote]
