When people wonder why so many apply, the proximity to BC, BU, Tufts, Harvard, MIT, Babson, Wellesley, Emerson has a built in advantage over other cities. Many, many come for college tours because you can visit so many in such a short time. Obviously not every college will cross pollinate with prospective students, but Boston is the top draw in the country for college visits.[/quote]
