I will go out on a limb and predict, SJC is going to have another "drop off" relative to the 2023 campaign.

When you have a dominant FOGO, and incredible goalie, (don't care what the SJC homers are saying about their replacement), you will find yourself in much more competitive situations. If  Dunkel can stay healthy for the entire Spring, the Cadets should be pretty solid, if not, they will take some losses. (don't know what their non-league schedule looksl like) The WCAC will be way down this Spring: DeMatha graduated a ton, and PVI's program is kinda a mess. The Heights while extremely well coached, have little depth and Good Counsel only cares about football. Both SJC and Gonzaga will likely coast through league play and meet in the finals.

Top 4 teams this spring (no order here)  SJC, Landon, Prep, Gonzaga. Bullis is a year away but I wouldn't count them out from making a serious run late Spring when their 2025s get some continuity.  St Stephens also brings back their entire team from last year so look for them to be much more competitive after a down season.

Curious, is Bullis playing SJC again this Spring? (I'm assuming GP and Landon aren't). Anyone from the MIAA playing the Cadets? thanks!
