I thought he was suing them for $, not to have the conservatorship removed?  It sounds like they haven’t really ever done anything with the conservatorship since he went to college. But I’m sure it will all come out now.

Singer's involvement makes me think it is not, though his involvement might be due to the damage this does to their brand. Right.  Only one thing I would change from what you said.  In the first instance it is not a forensic accounting.  It will be an accounting done by Sean.  The Michael can look at it and test and probe.  The he may ask for an outside firm to come in and do an accounting.  But here I think Sean is likely to say there is no accounting because no money ever came in or out.  That the conservatorship did no business.  Then Michael will need to come back and say that is crap and I want to see your assets and income to see if I am owed money.  I think that request will be denied by the judge unless Michael can point to particular money he did not get.  If they show they gave it to him or put it in a trust for his kids then the case ends.

One other thing.  I do not think the order establishing the conservatorship is out.  We need to see what it said.  They are all not the same.  It may be broad like the Spears one or quite narrow.  That will be important to find out.[/quote]
