Makes sense to use US+Mexico resources for Mexico's southern border. I added the word miles to the quote from my prior post.  Canada and Mexico have borders with the USA. Mexico borders 2 countries and flow from third countries across it's southern border then through Mexico into the USA   Over 1900 miles in Mexico from Guatemala to El Paso TX.
