True they are always going to want parking.  But you're absolutely wrong about business owners being against traffic safety.  They spend ALL DAY on those blocks.  Cars sometimes crashing into their buildings!  [/quote]
They are having trouble naming those businesses because the ones that support it have already gone out of business.
