As the article clearly states: eggs AND embryo. It is redundant to say fertilized embryo.  An embryo is by definition a fertilized egg.

So going back to PP query - who goes to jail for manslaughter of all those people?

No we really need better reading comprehension education.  I specifically asked  if they were fertilized embryos or eggs.   I had read elsewhere that they were frozen eggs rather than frozen embryos. [/quote][/quote]
