Alexandria and Arlington don't move their players up and down all season either. That's crazy!  What's your point? 
I had two kids at that other club, NOT on the "maldonados" teams and no one EVER moved anyway. Actually that was a promise the Executive Director at that club made every year and it never happened. Even before Este came along!

The point is that when you get an email from SYC saying "rosters are completely fluid and subject to change after the season, during the season, or even before the season," don't believe it. If your kid was first team at SYC this year and is now 2nd team, expect them to stay there.[/quote]

Same way that if you kid was in a second/below competitive "level" team, don't expect him/her to be on first team. Just because they were Blue don't expect them to always be blue. Especially when puberty hits! Yikes!
