A few specific minor thoughts since I didn't get the pleasure of posting while the series was current :-) :

- I did find the intro sequence creepy, in the mixing of images of the innocent young children and adult sexuality. Loved the song, though!

- I think in the last scene, Zoe Kravitz (who is her mother's twin btw) cups her neck and it is an allusion to her own past abuse, which I agree I thought should have been mentioned bc if one hadnt read the book, you wouldnt have understood that

- I think the community of women DID rally around Bonnie in the show by lying about who pushed Perry - I loved that in the book and the show (even though it was handled differently), and I actually like the show's final scene with the women coming together at the beach both physically and more so emotionally

- when Ed sang to Madeline at the talent show, it was heartbreaking. Team Ed here - I did not find him creepy. Although maybe in part because I remember Ed from the book.
