More likely this guy is a product of nihilistic online gaming culture that draws from extreme views on both sides, but that won't suit the Trump narrative.  Who knows.  But parroting this stuff until they can get words from the shooter is dangerous right now.  Especially when you have the POTUS and other GOP politicians talking about retribution against Democrats.
