[/quote] Actually there was testimony that Brendan’s fingerprints couldn’t be excluded from the knife (he wasn’t bleeding so the only dna option would probably be touch dna which is difficult especially when there’s a lot of other blood at the scene). Joe and Christine were both bleeding a lot, and you would expect that in the CW/Juliana’s version of the events that morning, that their blood and dna would be all over the scene.
